Melissa was extremely knowledgable regarding the products available in store. She dealt with my enquiry in a very efficient manner and I would be more than happy to recommend her to friends and family.

I have visit the Dreams store in Dumfrise, looking for Tempur mattress. At the start the young gentelman Connor welcome us, asking is ther any specific mattress we are looking for . Hes knowlage of produckt was fantastick what help me to choose the right on for me , mine time wee was offer a coffee or tea. After 30 min we got the product we wont all the papers was done in the blink of eye .Connor have explane to me about the insurance which i buy and delivery. It was a lovely experienc nice friendly staff, clean shop. Over all I,m very satisfite even i spend a lot of money .Good luck Dumfries team and keep a high standart as it is.

The sales staff were very good in explaining the mattresses. There was no pushy sales and the staff explained the products very well

Exceptional helpfulness and practical advice of the staff. Did not expect to find a solution to a bed provision need as easily and naturally as I was helped to do.

David was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the options - he wasn't pushy but gave advice. Delivery time was excellent and it arrived when we were told it would - the delivery guys were excellent too. We bought a dreams bed for our guest room 8 years ago and all our visitors say how comfortable it is. So when it came to replacing our main bed we had no hesitation in coming to Dreams.

Both sales reps were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They suggested items that were appropriate to my wishes and didn't try and push me towards the most expensive items, or anything that I deemed unnecessary. Very pleased with the service and can't praise the guys at the Dumfries shop highly enough. I've used the store before for my last mattress and I was very pleased that the high standards I experienced a couple of years ago are still continuing. Very happy.

An assistant was available easily without feeling 'pounced on'. He was friendly and personable and very knowledgeable about the products and matched my needs to my budget efficiently. On handling me over to a colleague to process my order he stayed around to ensure everything went through as planned. He carried my purchase to my car without asking. Overall a first class customer experience.
