The sales rep, Deirdre, was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we tried several different mattresses and gave very good advice. She explained that the 40 night trial meant that we could swap / change mattress if we were not satisfied with it. Deirdre also helped us to choose our bed frame / base, new pillows and quilt as we were upgrading to a super king sized bed. Overall she was very attentive without being pushy and very helpful.
