Dreams - Dumfries

The salesperson was extremely helpful and new all about the product. Allowed us time to make up our mind and discuss the potential purchase. We were offered and accepted tea and coffee.

The assistant Rob Sjurseth was extremely helpful, very knowledgable of his products and a thoroughly pleasant and likable person. The only shock I got was that everything I wanted with the bed was extra, mattress, ottoman storage and headboard. Last time I purchased a bed it was all inclusive, that gives away my age!!! Other than the above I cannot speak highly enough of my shopping experience. Verypleasant and what a very nice assistant. He made shopping a pleasure, not something I can say often.

I went to assist my mum to buy a mattress and ended up buying one for myself. Connor the sales representative didn't give us a hard sales pitch he just gave us enough information for us to make the correct choice. My mum and I do not like hard sales pitches and will often leave a store if we feel that is happening but Connor pointed us in the right direction and told us exactly what each mattress was designed to do. Connor was down to earth and easy to talk to.

On entering the store an assistant explained to us the layout of the store. I think the colour coding of products is an excellent idea and the explanation made everything clear. Information was given on all the items looked at. There was no high pressure salesmanship which puts me right off. The sales assistant we had was excellent and gave us all the details we needed to make a choice.

First time customer, so not exactly familiar with store, shown items quickly and helped with purchase easily.

Melissa the lady who helped me with my product was very helpful and patient with me .no rush , although the store was quiet bit even so was a pleasant experience

Have never previously shopped at Dreams. We were very happy with the assistance and explanations received from Melissa. I asked her name she was very knowledgable and didn't put us off by being pushy. She also has a good sense of humour which I like.
