We were assisted by a young man named Connor in the Dumfries store. Connor was a pleasant young man who was very knowledgeable, helping us to find the bed that was right for us, without being pushy. When we returned to the store later the same day to make up our minds as to the right bed to purchase, Connor was tactful in giving us some time alone to make the final decision.

Excellent service and knowledge of products. Easy to talk to and very helpful in helping our choice of bed. Excellent buying experience and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The gentleman who served us ascertained what our exact needs were by asking us relevant questions and then gave us excellent advice. He saved us a great deal of time, was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as down to earth. Nothing we asked him phased him and he gave us 1st class service at all times. He is an asset to you.

The manager Tommy was absolutely brilliant. We got a cup of tea plus he gave my wife a free bottle of white wine. His understanding of our needs were first class and we will recommend this store to all our friends and family. P.S... my wife requested a glass of white wine, and Tommy said that a bottle of white was won in a raffle and asked her would she prefer to take the bottle plus have a cup of tea. (BRILLIANT )

We visited the Dumfries branch and upon arrival we were greeted by Connor who offered us assistance in finding a new bed for our daughter. We had previously bought bunk beds here for her so have always been satisfied by the service offered. Connor was very friendly and had an abundance of knowledge of all things beds. Would definitely use 'Dreams' again in the future.
