The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable without being too pushy. We had not intended to spend this amount but she did a good sales pitch.

Because everything was quite straight forward when being showed the beds and mattresses and everything was explained clear and understandable.

The politeness and helpfulness of the shop assistant. The knowledge he had to help me choose a product essential to my needs. Time to browse products in the store without being pounced on as soon as i walked in the store. Very satisfied with my trip to the Dumfries branch of Dreams

Visited Dumfries store on Thursday and dealt with Thomas who in a very professional and friendly manner discussed types and function of mattresses. Very knowledgeable. Went away to consider options and visit other retailers. However, came back to Dreams to make purchase on Saturday because of the pleasant manner and knowledge shown by Thomas. On Saturday, Melissa and Thomas provided great service and we placed our order.

I can not fault your Dumfries store at all. This is the 2nd time in just under 2 years that we have bought Tempur from you. There was never any question about going anywhere else. Thomas was brilliant from start to finish. I am disabled, and normally don’t like going shopping for anything, but I was made to feel like I was the only person who mattered, and my disabilities didn’t hinder him at all. He was very understanding about my conditions, and helped me and my husband to choose a bed which will benefit me completely in the future. He was very knowledgeable and spoke proper English to us, no fancy words or gimmicks, a completely down to earth guy who maintained professionalism at all times, but also very friendly.
