From the moment we entered the store someone was immediately present to assist and to offer advice based on what we wanted. The ordering of our bed was promptly administered. We were offered a hot beverage and a seat whilst the store assistant dealt with our purchase and advised us of guarantees available should something go wrong with our bed. Altogether we are highly satisfied and will certainly visit again.
