The attention and interest given by the colleague was first class and it made all the difference. She adjusted her approach to suit our needs, anticipating where we needed advice yet making it clear when the decision was ours. I highlight her courtesy in withdrawing out of earshot when we were making our decisions, which of course were cost-related. We thought her an exceptionally competent and helpful person who was committed to delivering a good service to the customer. Other colleagues also gave excellent service to us. You will appreciate that we bought an expensive product but we felt that the choice we had made was the right one and that is customer satisfaction. We had not intended when we left home to go to Dreams but we are very pleased that we did and we shall be recommending you to friends.

WE WERE GREETED AT THE SHOP ROBERT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT JOB ALSO GAVE US OPTIONS OF DIFFERENT STYLES AND PRICES ALSO ASKED TWICE IF WE WOULD LIKE A COFFEE

Melissa was knowledgeable and very patient with us. She explained all the different make and models and nothing was a problem for her.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was bright and clean. We were offered tea or coffee on arrival.

we were offered tea and coffee as soon as we walked in to the store and asked if we needed any help the guy explain all the different mattresses to us and let us try them out sorry cant remember his name overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family cant wait for our new bed and mattress to arrive

The amount of knowledge the staff knew about the products was very good.

Great service even when I told Melissa the mattress I liked was to expensive for my budget her service never changed she found one that fitted my budget

The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, Melissa was excellent and her colleague (may have been the manager). They also demonstrated the strength of the divan drawers by standing in them as I have always been disappointed by previous drawers (not bought through Dreams). Thank you.
