The assistant who helped me choose the products was extremely helpful, didn't rush me, took time and care to get the right products for me. Robert, the assistant, was 100% full of information about the products and answered every question I had.

Sam was able to show us bed and help us to understand the difference in all the different range of beds and the density she was really pleasant and professional I was blown away with the service as had been to two other shops and one a great store but never got the assistance we required the great pillow drink and guarantee was amazing .I had my two grandchildren with us they also were made very welcome and had great fun in testing all the beds.

We walked in and Samantha who served couldn’t have been more helpful, she offered us tea or coffee, then took us to the test beds, she was very thorough and explained everything to us. We will be buying bunk beds for our grandkids bedroom and will be back into Dreams to get them.

melissa was very professional not pushy and very knowligble,nothing was a hassle every seemed to be that easy.
