Dreams - Dumfries

Whilst having several ideas of our needs, when arriving at the store, Robert, our advisor, gave us a comprehensive review of each alternative available. Expert advice was on hand without being 'pushie', and opportunity was given to test mattress firmness, frame type benefits etc. All in all a very professional service.

The quality of service we recieved was excellent as was the selection of products!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams due mainly to your colleague Sam. She was friendly, attentive and was very knowledgeable of your stock. She greeted us and introduced herself, gave us time to discuss our options and even offered us a tea or coffee while we were thinking. She was extremely helpful during our purchase and gave us a good deal on some pillows too!

Thecservice provided by the staff was superb. Friendly, immediately came and asked if she could help, gave advice but not pushy.

The staff were very polite and helpful but not pushy. I found just the products I was looking for at a very competitive price.

We where greeted as we entered the store by Sam. Very friendly and asked what we where looking for. After a short discussion she took us round and showed us beds that would suit our needs, we where then left to browse. Any questions we had, she was not far away and was extremely helpful. We then went over to the mattress section and was talked through the difference, Sam then helped us to find a mattress within our price range. Very helpful!

The assistant was brilliant and a huge help. he did a great job for us and the store as we bought other items which we had not intended to look for on the day and are currently considering another option, which he gave us, for the future.
