Staff were polite and helpful in advising a product for my needs. Encouraged to lie on the product to be satisfied that it fulfils my needs. Given time to browse and ensuring that if I needed further information they were available to assist in any way.. They were very knowledgeable about the product I purchased and explained the exchange policy should I find that it wasn't giving the intended comfort within the timeframe. I was offered refreshment while my transaction was dealt with.

Extremely friendly welcome from someone that knew what they were talking about and did there best to make shopping for a bed very pleasant.

Melissa was polite, helpful and charming.

We only entered the store to have a look around the products; were only thinking of purchasing a mattress sometime in the future and were in no hurry. Thanks to the information and assistance given by Melissa, we decided to place an order on the same day. Your staff "knew" their products well and were really courteous and helpful, even to making us "a cup of tea" as we walked around the store. In all, we felt we had a good experience, even though we spent well over £2k.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

We were very pleased with every aspect of purchasing our new mattress. After looking for a short time Thomas came over to ask if we needed some assistance in our choice of a mattress. Before we came to the store we had already decided on the make of the mattress,it was only the model to be discided on.Thomas gave us a full and detailed account of each one .And from this information we then made a decision.

The store assistant Robert was very helpful and took us through stage by stage. And was not pushy about us buying which was great and let us take are time.

Melissa answered all my questions in my two visits to the store and gave me options to choose. The store is the only quality store in the area which I mentioned. The range and options to choose from were extensive and Melissa showed a very sound knowledge of all the products. I was also really needing a coffee at this time, so was very pleased to be offered one.

Greeted on entering the store. Very friendly staff and took time to listen to what I wanted. Also my 10 month old kicked off while trying to pay and gave me time to settle him before proceeding with the transaction

Melissa at the Dumfries Store was great!! No pressure to buy anything,all the beds/mattresses were explained in full & all the differences between each one. Melissa gave us loads of time to think about our choices & didnt hassle us, i was in the shop for almost 2 hours so definatley wasnt rushed
