Robert , who served us at the Dumfries store , could not have been more helpful in that he was knowledgeable about the products and having listened to our requirements took time to explain , in detail , everything that we wanted to know . Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him , he was considerate , patient and attentive throughout the transaction making a pleasant experience out of what can sometimes be slightly difficult or awkward. He went carefully through the paperwork ensuring that we left with as full an understanding as possible. We would reccommend Dreams and Robert .

We originally entered the store to just look around and were soon approached by a sales assistant who was friendly, very knowledgeable, well trained and the whole experience was really good.

Robert was very helpful. He took time to check my needs and then to also check which type of pillow I used so as to provide as clean se to home experience he could for me to test mattresses.

The assistant was very knowledgeable of the product we were looking at - Tempur mattress. They were also familiar with our existing mattress. They spent time explaining the differences between the different Tempur mattresses so we were able decide which would be best.

The assistant Robert was an exceptional yoyng man...extremely courteous and helpful. He had excellent product knowledge.
