I would have given 10 out of 10 to the store and excellent service but. I deducted marks because the poor guy was on his own at the time of our purchase,and because of this he may have lost another sale, as the couple behind us left the store, and another couple had to wait till we were finished. But to the credit of the salesman this didn't distract or give any less attention to our questions or inquiries. Well done to Robert in the Dumfries store. Excellent customer service.

Melissa, the sales assistant, instantly found out our needs and showed us a range of mattresses. She then found our price limit and was able to tailor the range of beds and mattresses to our needs. She found us the perfect bed immediately and although she let us see the rest we bought the first one she recommended.

there were many nice options the staff member melissa was very welcoming and informative! she made sure i was aware of all the available options so that i can find the bed that suits me the most, melissa was very friendly and actually listened to what i was looking for and delivered the best result extremely happy with the service !

Was attended to in store very quickly and not made to feel pressured or awkward at all as some places do. Made clear my choice of matress and shown all range of products. Good prices and quick service. Very very impressed.

Staff were very competent in describing available products was interested in. There was no pressure in making a purchase as the staff gave me the impression they wanted me to choose what was best for me.I was given plenty of time to try out different products for what suited me best.

Help and advise offered freely when required but not a hard sell, allowed to make up our own minds selecting the right choice for us.
