Dreams - Dumfries

Robert served me on 22nd september in the Dumfries store, he was very helpful and friendly and informative. He offered me coffee whilst placing my order. I am a returning customer to Dreams as I was very satisfied with my last bed purchase there. I always recommend the store to friends as the quality and service is excellent.

The sales assistant Melissa had excellent knowledge of the products, it was put over very clearly, spent plenty of time trying out the different mattresses, no rush, in all it was a pleasant experience.

Melissa was very helpful in helping me chose the right bed for me.

I was able to locate and order my bed quickly and easily thanks to the very helpful assistant Robert. He quickly found the bed on line and then helped to compare sizes with models on display. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of a wide range of products in store. He brought my attention to offers available. Overall I was impressed by the range and quality of products in the Dumfries store and the delivery time. Dream was recommended by my sisters and I would in turn recommend this shopping experience to others.

The staff in the Dumfries store were friendly, without being over familiar. They listed to my needs and did not pressurise me in any way. They were informative without trying to patronise me with jargon or statistics. Most importantly I felt they valued my custom.

From entering the store Robert was both polite and friendly. His knowledge was extremely helpful which enabled us to choose the right product. A wonderful service well done!!
