I visited Dreams on a whim I went to Dumfries to buy paint! I took a stroll into the shop just to price matresses as I planned to buy one in the new year. Melissa's knowledge and help was immeasurable, I even spent £170 on 2 new Tempur pillows. Cant wait for my new mattress to arrive I hope I made the right choice. Oh yer I left Dumfries without any paint.

Robert was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the product on sale. He explained various options to us, including the terms of sale and that Dreams offers the 40 night guarantee (something we weren't aware of) We were even offered tea/coffee while he proceeded our sale. A very professional service 😊

It was good to talk to someone about getting a mattress for me as i have epilepsy and arthritis. I purchased a new mattress after having one for 20 years. The assistant was excellent and very helpful.

Robert was kind helpful and knowledgeable person that helped me and gave me suggestions as I had spinal damage that still plays up and that led to nerve damage he took time to suggest products that will hopefully help.

Robert, who looked after us, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. We couldn't have asked for more.

It was easy to try the bass under the guidance available as I wouldn't have had the knowledge to navigate the store without their help.

Robert and Melissa were both extremely friendly and gave me a huge amount of time. They both had extensive knowledge of the subject, which helped me to understand what it was I wanted. It was a bit overwhelming starting out with absolutely no knowledge of mattresses at all, but both took the time to answer all my questions and direct me as to a suitable mattress. The payment procedure was extremely efficient and I was happy with the cost. The financing offer is amazingly helpful, and means I won't be sleeping on an air mattress for a few months because I can't afford a good bed! As a nurse who works 12.5 hour shifts this is hugely valuable to me.
