I was nervous going out for the 1st time in ages due to lockdown, I soon felt relaxed in store when I saw all the measures in place to protect against the virus. The assistant made me feel very welcome, listened to what I was looking for and showed me to the mattress match machine. I had a go and was so impressed with what was recommended that I bought it that day. I am looking forward to a good nights sleep when my delivery arrives.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Dierdre. Straight away we felt at ease. The way she explained everything to us was clear and her knowledge of the product was impressive. We never felt pressured at all. We purchased a new mattress that suits my needs perfectly, and can't wait for it to be delivered. Thank you very much Dierdre.

AS a middle aged chap this just ticked all the boxs.Not high pressured selling ,Robert was just very friendly ,new his stuff and got a wiggle on and sorted me out quick smart.Very pleased.

Deirdre was the assistant who helped us select the best mattress for our Son. She listened to what we wanted and advised as appropriately. Lovely member of staff, very helpful and friendly
