The gentleman serving us was only on his 3rd shift, he was pleasant, helpful and our order was placed with no problems and relatively quickly. There was an issue with the payment system in store, he managed this quickly and we weren’t kept waiting too long:

Robert the store assistance was very helpful, he didn't persuade us to go with the most expensive item in the store, he listen to our needs and recommended 2 or 3 options and let us make our own mind up. He explained everything about the product in detail and what we should do to take care of our new mattress.
