We started our day deciding to visit at least three stores in order to physically experience mattresses without really knowing much more than you really need to try such an important item before coming to a decision. On arrival we were greeted courteously and given a broad description of which items were where and then importantly left to browse with no pressure. After trying the range we were so much more knowledgeable of what we required and consequently proceeded with the purchase of a superb mattress and furthermore a base too as we felt there was no need to explore other stores. This was a truly pleasant service Thank You
