Dreams - Dumfries

We were greeted as we entered the shop by a lovely gentleman called Robert at Dumfries store in Scotland. Robert help me make my decision by showing me all he could. He was more than helpful from talking me through the different types of matters to even what they were made by and what's in them. I couldn't be happier to buy from dreams and most of that is because of Robert.

excellent staff very knowledgeable friendly store

Our sales assistant Jordan was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. We were limited with our time but he managed to sort out what we needed without feeling rushed.

The member of staff who assisted us was friendly ,professional, knowledgable and informative. She was caring and considerate and patient with us as we are reluctant pensioners.

Store assistant made it so easy for us

Melissa at Dumfries was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained all the features of the beds and allowed us plenty of time to try them out. She was clear about the pricing and delivery terms and offered us refreshments while she dealt with the paperwork. We would definitely recommend the Dumfries branch to our friends.

Salesperson very helpful. Bed I wanted was at a decent price. Over two weeks delivery seemed a bit long but as the price was good will put up with it.

Store staff were on hand to assist and answer all our questions

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and offered assistance. We told the salesman what we were after and he led up straight to the perfect mattress! We were offered pillows while we lay on the bed which helps so much when deciding if a mattress is comfortable! We were offered a cup of tea or coffee while the sale was processed. Sales men were both super friendly. Everything was explained to us and we were informed of special offers as well. Salesman didn't try to sell us unecessary products which is very refreshing! Over all we were very happy with our experience in store from start to finish.

Melissa was extremely helpful we never felt rushed at any point she made sure we went back and checked the other mattresses to make sure we were buying the proper product suited to our needs got us a coffee and made us feel comfortable and happy with the product we chose am made us aware that if there were any problems after our purchase that we were more than welcome to change our minds or let her know of any complaints so that she could fix them especially with the amount of money we were spending ont the bed
