Craig was very knowledgeable, he suggest we tried the machine that makes mattress recommendations and found us a great one that suited our needs

Melissa was very knowledgeable regarding the product . She was not pushy I personally don't like pushy sales people she was very pleasant listened to what we wanted and basically gave me what I wanted . The young gentleman her colleague made me a lovely cup of tea x very nice sales people.

The staff were very knowledgeable on the product, courteous and the hospitality we received (tea/coffee) was a nice gesture.

Craig the salesman gave me just enough time to enter the showroom before he offered asssitance. I did not feel pressurised and he answered my questions very knowledgeably. When it came to making the purchase, I was offered the option of having the old bed taken away and also an 8 year warranty on the bed. Both Craig and the manageress were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and New all about all the different size mattresses and beds and explained each different mattress what it would be like etc. I was we impressed with there knowledge and professionalism.

Good product range, possible to try many different mattresses. No hard sell or rushed into a purchase.
