It went very well Robert was very helpful and very pleasant he explained everything to me and answered all my questions Its a lovely shop and although I didn't want to pay a great deal for the mattress he still made me feel as though I was still a valued customer and also there was no rush to decide on my purchase

No pressure to buy when decided was all all done quick and bed came when promised and in the timescale told

From the minute we entered the store 30/3/19 the girl (cant remember her name) gave us good information and clearly knew what she was talking about regarding purchasing a suitable bed. We were looked after from the minute we entered the store until we left and felt we were being advised honestly and given good advice as well. Our purchase has still to be delivered, but hopefully all will go well and make the whole procedure of purchasing a new bed, a good one from Dreams.
