Robert who served us was very pleasant and helpful

From entering the Dumfries Store looking for just a new mattress, Robert was very helpful, and interested in what we wanted, he talked us through our options. The computer generated mattress was really interesting and gave us the mattress that suited us.

Given all the information I was looking for as was a bed for a spare room in staff explained al the dif mattresses to me quick order and geting delivery within a week fab

Excellent customer service

Walked into the store not really knowing anything about beds or what I was looking for and the friendly staff were able to find the ideal bed and mattress for me and set up an adorable payment plan to suit me.

Craig was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He showed us lots of different options and we lay on the sleep match machine to get a perfect match for both my husband and myself. He offered us tea and coffee while we decided and just generally made us feel at ease. 10 out of 10 excellent service

Melissa was excellent in finding us the right bed and mattress to suit our needs. We were welcomed with a friendly smile when we entered the store and asked if we need assistance. She let us use the machine to see what mattress would best suit us and took time with each one, explaining the benefits and having us try them out. Looking at the bed frames she showed us a range with different storage options, eventually settling on the otoman - which best suited our needs. We were offered a tea/coffee numerous times and I feel the customer service was very good.

Craig was a great help to us in choosing a mattress, bed and headboard. Very good manners and would not hesitate to shop at this store again.
