Craig couldn’t have been anymore helpful. He matched us to our ideal mattress and then took us round I think about six different ones to try, always asking for our opinion of how they felt which one did we prefer etc.

Craig gave excellent service. I got lost so he gave me excellent directions to store over phone. He was waiting for me to arrive at store, offered tea or coffee and knew exactly what I was looking for. Swift, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Great advert for store,

The salesman Robert was very attentive and patient. He converted a casual visit to check out products into a sale without being pushy.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave plenty of time never felt rushed or pressured into buying items. Offered coffee whilst in store which was very nice.

The customer service attention we received from Robert was second to none. He was very friendly, patient & cared a lot about what we needed. We visited the store 3 times & he was the same each time. He used the special machine to help my teenage daughter know which double mattress would suit her body type. He was passionately interested in his job which is so refreshing! He is a great asset to the store.

EXPLAINED WHAT THE MATTRESS WAS MADE FROM AND SHOWED US THE SAMPLE OF SPRINGS AND FABRICS USED TO MAKE THE STANDARD OF MATTRESS WE PURCHASED. ALSO BOUGHT THE BED BASE AS WELL.

Craig, the assistant, appeared to be highly knowledgeable, was extremely helpful, and was in no way 'pushy'. We are looking forward to being completely satisfied with our purchase.

Robert the sales assistant was very helpful. He explained how the dreams colour coding worked and guided us through the bed testing machine so that we were given a better idea of the type of bed we needed for our circumstances. I was particularly impressed that he did not try to influence our choice of mattress from the those highlighted for our needs.He explained clearly what offer was available with the mattress we chose and the payment optios. We were offered and provided with a hot drink. This was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a large item of furniture thank you. I was also impressed with the 100 day comfort guarrantee and the 10 year mattress guarantee. Thank you for the excellent service.
