we were not push in to a decision and given plenty of time to browse and staff very helpful with all our questions and answered them in a very polite manner

From the moment we arrived in the store, Craig was attentive to our every need. He greeted us in a warm and friendly manner - even offered us a tea/ coffee / bottle of water. He allowed us the scope to browse at our leisure and was intuitive enough to realise when we were needing help and support. Craig was exceptionally knowledgeable with regards to the products he is selling; this was evident with the purchase we made - he demonstrated great listening skills and supported us to make the right choice for our specific needs. Throughout the time we spent in the store, Craig offered exceptional customer care - it was evident he was focussed on, not just our needs but views and wishes around the look of the bed and our budget. This is by far the best in-store shopping experience we have had for as far back as we can remember and based on this, will definitely use the store again and highly recommend to friends. Craig also included some pillows and bedding which was an added bonus - it's not everyday you get something for nothing, but this epitomised the fantastic experience we had. To conclude Craig has a great sense of humour - thank you for all your help and support.

Robert was extremely friendly and helpful. He even looked online when we couldn't see what we were looking for. He showed us a mattress very similar to one we would be buying for us to try out. We didn't at anytime feel under pressure to buy.

We came in looking for a bed we had seen on line. The bed was not in store however the help the staff gave us ordering the product was brillant

The sales assistant was straight across to see if he could help when I entered the shop, he then spent time finding out my requirements before suggesting several options

I have bought from dreams within the last eleven months I was extremely satisfied then and more so now wth my las test purchase and was really happy to fiend the same sales person in store who assisted me before and may I say she is a credit to your store in Dumfries so aproachable and welcoming her name was malissa .

Lovely clean store well set out staff were very knowledgeable about our purchase and I took out a guarantee also.

The staff member (Robert) was extremely knowledgeable about the features and specification of the bed we were looking at and advised on the best model in the range for our requirements. Took a long time to demonstrate all the features and let us try them out.
