We were a returning customer. We were greeted straight away and the sales women even remembered our names which was lovely. She remembered everything we spoke about!

Booked appointment on line,Went to Dumfries store was met by Deirdre, very professional, explained all the covid- procedure in store, explained about the test for the type of mattress, took test, was shown various mattress to suit me, Deirdre was extremely polite and helpful, , chose Mattress, Deirdre explained all ordering details, explained with regards old mattress being returned, bought new protective cover for mattress. Worthwhile visit very helpful, answered all questions, very friendly and most helpful. Now awaiting delivery on the 4th May, 2021

We received very friendly and helpful service, the person serving us took time to listen to us and paid attention to our needs

I was buying an adjustable bed. The saleswoman offered me a bottle of water before we started looking at the bed (I'd found one online I liked) which I was grateful for. She was very knowledgeable about it, explained all the buttons on the remote(of which there were loads!) and let me lie down trying all the different positions.

Melissa that looked after us on our visit was fantastic, had loads of information for us and found us our dream bed and mattress..we came in to look and did not plan on buying that day but left with a new super king bed and mattress..can’t wait for it to arrive now, the whole experience was lovely and looking forward to No back pain from our super mattress, will definitely be back when ready to replace
