The In store computer to select a mattress to suit our needs was fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient while we choose exactly what we wanted.

I was greeted straight away and received good help and advice from Stephen.

The saleslady (Melissa) was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly, not too pushy. We ended up spending more than double the amount we had originally envisaged but feel that we have ended up with quality products that we believe will give us a great nights sleep. Delivery was arranged within a few days and the two guys that delivered were very helpful. I was pleased to see that both men slipped on disposable footwear protection in order to avoid walking any dirt onto our light coloured carpets. A very neat touch!

Melissa was very knowledgeable and explained every option with us. Didn’t rush us. Bed tailored to our needs rather than just lying on beds and working it out for yourself.

The assistance i received was most helpful he seemed very knowledgable about his products and i felt that i had purchased high quality products.ps i have not received my products yet so a proper quality test has yet to take place.
