Excellent service, had never been in store before. Given undivided attention, we were on way back from a weekend break, decided to pop in as we needed a new bed, came out with one ordered !!

Robert who worked in the Dumfries store was very professional and definitely new his stuff

The female assistant Melissa at the Dumfries store was superb and the whole process was very easy and quick.

Interesting procedure for testing preferred mattress type.

The assistant Craig was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fully explained about the shop and offered us tea but we were ok for refreshments. He said wecould see which mattress would suit as I suffer with back problems by using the machine in the shop. He let us look around without any pressure to buy. We then called him over when ready to ask to see which mattress would suit. He took us through it and in a few minutes he had a print out of suitable mattresses. He then showed us mattresses and advised us to try each one.He was very helpful and patient and gave us pillows to use. Finally we decided to buy the most suitable mattress. I was impressed with the pillows he gave us to use, so much so I bought two of those as well. He took us through the order with efficiency explaining everything clearly and about the delivery date which suited us and the mattress cover included in the sale. Very happy with excellent service.

I'm a previous Dreams customer. My current bed is nearly 20 years old, and still has life left in it. I'm now looking for an adjustable bed, due to ongoing health issues, and as my current bed has given me no problems, I thought I would seek out Dreams again. The reception I received from Melissa, and her colleague, was truly amazing. Her product knowledge was very detailed, and Melissa was able to assist me in choosing the right bed/mattress for me. My ONLY grievance was the VERY POOR choice of beds that I'm able to purchase VAT free - this is NOT a reflection on Melissa, but the decisions made by Head Office. Overall I'm very happy with the help and assistance I got at the Dumfries store.
