Mellissa our assistant was extremely helpful. I have a problem with my back and she helped me find the right mattress for my needs. My new bed comes today and I can not wait to try it out.

when I visited Dreams Store in Dumfries Yesterday ,we were met by Melissa who welcomed us into the sore and offered us tea coffee bottled water she asked what we were interested in and her knowledge of the mattress we were looking at was first class .hence we bought the most expensive Mattress .

The store was bright and welcoming. The staff approachable and friendly without being over bearing. Craig remembered me from a previous visit and was very accommodating, he did not pressurise us but still gave us all the information we required. he also made a great cup of coffee1

Robert welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed to know about all the different kinds of beds and mattresses also made our options very clear. Offered us a drink and put us on the sleep match to find the perfect mattress for us.

Melissa met us within a minute of entering the store. She was exceeding helpful and took us directly over to the product we were looking for. She listened to what we needed and offered great suggestions. She offered us a drink and was very polite. We had a seat as she explained our options and told us of all the other extras we could have. She gave us a number of helpful ideas and helped us choose the perfect product for us. We left with a smile on our faces (which customer service these day often lacks) and a brand new bed. You have an excellent employee in your Dumfries branch and she really made our visit to the store as easy and care free as possible. I will definitely be recommending dreams to friends and family.

I knew what I was looking for when i entered the store and the store assistant guided me to the product I required. The purchasing process was easy and efficient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.

Craig was very friendly and helpful, with a great knowledge of the various aspects of our purchase. It made our experience very pleasant and helped us to focus on our purchase.

The sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in advising us on what sort of bed we needed. We decided to go for the most expensive option based on the information she provided us with. Although the price was a big shock, we decided to go ahead with the bed. Neither of us are good sleepers and we both have back problems, so a good quality bed was really the only option for us to try. We found the store very clean with a great selection of different beds to try. The cup of coffee on arrival was most welcoming and unexpected in a bed shop. We would definitely recommend Dreams to our family and friends.
