The customer assistant Melissa was very helpful and polite, there was a good choice of products in the store and the prices are really reasonable.

The salesperson took his time with us, considered our needs and matched us to what mattresses were suitable by use of the machine available. After we viewed and tried the mattresses there was no pressure or time placed on us at all. We were able to try the mattresses in our own time in a relaxed atmosphere with hospitality offered.

Were not sure about what type of mattress we required but assistant explained everything clearly and succinctly.

Helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable, friendly, good prices and have been back and bought another bed. Thank you

SHORTLY AFTER ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE APPROACHED BY MELISSA,SO THERE WAS NO WAITING , SHE SPENT TIME FINDING OUT WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND THEN DIRECTED US TO THE MACHINE WHICH MEASURED OUR INDIVIDUAL SLEEPING POSITIONS. AFTER DECIDING WHICH MATRESS WE WANTED OUR PURCHASE WAS PUT THROUGH THE TILL AND A DELIVERY DATE WAS WORKED OUT. AS THE DELIVERY DATE IS WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF OUR TRANSACTION THERE IS NO UNDUE WAIT FOR OUR PURCHASE TO ARRIVE WHICH IS ANOTHER POINT WHICH COUNTED TOWARDS OUR BEING SATISFIED WITH THE IN STORE EXPERIENCE.

We were approached as soon as we were looking for help. Craig,our assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable and understanding with our two children. We used the computer experience to select the best mattress suited to us and was taken to all the options to try. All shop staff were happy and considerate and we could relax and make the right choice for us. Once decided the process of ordering was very quick and easy. He even selected pillows that suited our needs and of course once tested we were happy to purchase. After leaving my son realised he had left his toy behind and the store staff looked. We had a call the following day to say they had found it and would keep it safe till we could collect it! 😊

The member of staff, Robert greeted me on arrival, assessed my needs and quickly took me to the products required. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable processed the sale efficiently and then helped me to my car. Couldn’t have been a better experience!
