Dreams - Dumfries

My experience at dreams in dumfries was brilliant I was welcomed in and offered coffee,water etc. I have to say Nathen was really nice and pleasant along with Mel. Both of them made me and my family have an enjoyable visit.....definitely would buy from them again.

Our visit was great at Dreams. Both myself and my husband suffer with pain . We used the diagnostic bed in store. The results were not what we expected. Who knew we matched equally in how we sleep. Nathan was very friendly and explained the process in great depth. He explained our options. Melissa took over to show us what would suit both myself and my husband. We were taken to specific beds that offered us the best match. We tried only four beds. Then choose the second bed we laid on. Simple and easy to. No bouncing about on twenty different beds trying to remember which felt right. Melissa then took us very thoroughly through our options. Everything was within COVID guidelines. We were offered tea, coffee or water. Excellent hospitality. Melissa explained timescale and how things would proceed. Excellent service will definitely recommend to everyone.

I had previously checked on the internet and the product I wanted was available in store. The whole sales process was very quick and fluid. A complimentary cup of coffee was available if I wanted and an early delivery date was also available. Thus no cause for dissatisfaction as the whole process was speedy and efficient and hopefully I will be pleased with the mattress when it is delivered.

From our description of what we wanted we were taken to the exact article. Nathan was available but not intrusive. He seemed to know when we were about to ask a question or need a bit of guidance. He was polite and attentive, He was responsive to our particular circumstances and went out of his way to find a solution. He is a definite asset to any firm that employs hime

The female Member of Staff, was VERY professional and her product knowledge was second to none, i was planning on spending about £300, but the lady was that knowledgeable and good at her job that i ended up spending £1800

The customer service at the Dumfries store was amazing- staff very informative and friendly! Will definitely be back in the future!
