I had looked at this bed mattress combo a few months before purchasing and the girl who took the order actually remembered myself and wife and was able to pull up what we had previously discussed and was also more than happy to offer us the chance to try out all the different mattresses and pillows again if we wanted to. She couldn’t have done anymore to help us, and she couldn’t have been more pleasant in her manner either

Really pleased with the service and information provided by Robert, the sales advisor. He was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in an informed and helpful manner. He was very patient too as we tried to decide which product to choose and didn't try to push us towards any products. Excellent customer service.

From entering the store we were warmly greeted and listened to by the assistant who related to our particular needs and then took time to explain what our best options were to satisfy them fully.
