Dreams - Dumfries

Went to look for matress ourselves but was not sure 🤔 which was right for us. Melissa was Sooo helpfull, explained everything thoroughly and advised us on which was most suitable. Very knowledgable but not pushy, great salesperson, we ended up buying pillows as well at her recommendation. We would not have bought these if there had been sales pressure . Also got a lovely coffee

This is the second time we have shopped at Dreams and found the service to be excellent the last time so we came again

Craig phoned us within 5mins of leaving the shop to tell me that he had forgotten to give us pillows that we had bought a long with a new bed. He left me a voicemail and had them ready an waiting for me returning to the shop.

I could not fault the staff they were all very helpful as soon as I went into shop was approached right away offered a seat and a hot drink as it was a very cold day .all 3 of the staff were very polite and helpful and could not do enough for you .Will certainly recommend dreams experience 1st class and would shop there without hesitation

Excellent knowledgeable and friendly service

Robert was very knowledgeable on the products and listened to our requirements and recommended a matress to suit our needs. He was pleasant, kind and with a subtle sense of humour but still keeping a professional demeanour. We were impressed with the machine used to calculate which mattress would suit our needs and the fact we could hop around the shop trying all those recommended without feeling we were being rushed.
