Staff were professional (Melissa). Explained products as to what would be expected. Refreshments offered and coffee accepted. Mattress experience valuable. Carried out in a dignified manner. All in all staff were excellent. A very pleasurable visit with no pressure sale. Thankyou.

We have been looking for a new mattress for a while so we paid a visit to our local Dreams store for a look. We both suffer from bad backs so we knew we would have to find a firm mattress. Once in the store we were greeted by Craig who talked us through the types of mattress we would be after. So much variety to choose from

As soon as I entered into the store I was approached by a member of the staff who asked if she could help. She was very friendly and welcoming to me and my friends and asked us all if we would like a hot drink. We said yes and she went off to get them when she came back she described what would happen next. I went through the process of answering the questions then laid on the bed,after the bed did the analysis the member of staff took me to try the different mattresses out she was very patient as she answered my questions and was also very helpful in facts about the equipment that you could get to help in finding other items to relieve pain in all she was very nice helpful person
