Customer Assistant Valerie was very Helpful and pleasant from the minute we arrived even offered us a drink before placing our order.

From the time we went into the store in Dumfries we were taking care of very well by Robert.He explained everything in great detail so we understood everything.Also offering us a drink which I thought was a nice touch.

Excellent product knowledge and no pushy sales tactics

Very welcoming store wasn't expecting to be assessed on the computer bed which was very helpful , I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase ,very helpful service from Robert gave me time to choose the best bed for me , I had previously purchased a bed a yr ago online from dreams and wished I had went into the store you need to try the beds ,

We were greeted by Valerie who helped us choose a new mattress via the Dream Machine, she offered us both a hot drink which was more than welcome.

Robert was very knowledgable and helpful.

Staff very friendly and order process was quick and easy.

It was good to be greeted and to be able to discuss our needs without stress or pressure . The price of the mattress came as a bit of a shock but getting a good night's sleep especially for my wife is important.

Robert the sales assistant was very good. Let us take our time and gave us good advice

Friendly , helpful and good explanations from the assistant , Melissa and her colleague who made us feel comfortable and did not rush ourselves . The explanations and honesty off the staff about time for delivery and products was first class .
