Natasha was so pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived at the store. She suggested going on the sleep match machine which enabled her to show us the mattresses most suited to us. We were really satisfied with her patience as it was difficult to make our minds up due to the wide array of choice. Extremely happy with our purchase of a bed frame too. Natasha is a fabulous member of your team.

We wanted a sofa bed but were a bit apprehensive given our previous experience of uncomfortable, complicated sofa beds in the past. However we were served by Robert who made the whole experience painless. He took time to understand our needs and concerns. He demonstrated every sofa bed in store and talked us through the benefits of each. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable without being pushy. We bought the sofa bed we found would meet our needs perfectly. Robert is a real credit to Dreams!

Me and my partner went to look for the right bed for us as we are moving in together and the sales assistant Melissa come over and assisted us to chose the right bed for us. Melissa was very professional helped us understand what we needed to look for in a bed. While we were in the store trying out different beds, pillows ect my partner and I got asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee which was nice to be offered as we were there for quite a while. Mellisa never peer pressured us like some store assistance do to get you to buy an item which was nice to be able to get advised to what to get but not pressured into buying something they wanted to sell us. Great experience in Dumfries Store!

It visit was a Dream from start to finish, From the offset I was welcomed with a nice friendly smile into the store and after the initial introduction was shown round to find my new mattress, was shown the ones I was interested in then interdicted to some in store recommended alternatives, the whole experience was a dream.

The person who helped us in store made it very easy to purchase the correct mattress that we needed. It was no trouble at all for us to lie on different ones. (We were offered to use a machine to work out what maybe suitable but kindly declined her offer) she was very friendly and welcoming.

We were served by Robert at the Dumfries store and his service was outstanding to say the least. His knowledge and understanding of our needs was brilliant.

Rob , our assistant spent a lot of time with us and obviously had good product knowledge and helped up find exactly what we were looking for

The assistant Natasha was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble and she made great coffee. The trial bed is great as it narrowed down the search and fingers crossed i have found the perfect mattress.
