All members of staff were very welcoming, friendly & had a nice attitude. They were knowledgable of the product & provided full details. Melissa provided excellent customer service, couldn’t fault her. She took time & went through all options with us.

Very helpful and very knowledgable on products I was looking for

Thorough, assistant made sure I got the appropriate mattress and explained to products and I was put on the digi nachine to check it was correct.

Met with a nice young man on entering the store. He guided me without pressure round the store to ensure I was shown the mattresses I asked for. He then asked me to try the Dream machine which I had not heard of before. I completed the machine survey for myself and as I had my husband with me and it confirmed I needed the mattresses I was looking for. So we then carried on for a mattress in my price range.

We were served by Melissa who was very helpful and attentive. Her product knowledge was outstanding and we were well looked after. Thank you.

Melissa was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She put us at our ease, which helped when you don’t particularly enjoy lying on beds in public.
