We attended Dreams in Dumfries after terrible experiences with an online retailer (Get Laid Beds) and also our sofa "provider"...absolutely impossible to speak to anyone, the customer service is beyond poor. So, needless to say we were a bit deflated and skeptical about retailers being at all trustworthy...but Robert was amazing. His product knowledge was impeccable, he guided us to an option we never even thought to consider and it's the bed we ended up purchasing. We had to take away some measurements to make sure the bed would fit in our room, and we weren't feeling pressured to complete a purchase at all at any stage of the process. We were also offered some bottled water while in store - it was a hot day, so very welcome. When I called up the next day to place our order it was quick, painless, efficient and friendly. Just awaiting delivery now, but if that goes as smoothly as the purchase process then we'll be completely delighted. Thanks to everyone at the Dumfries store for being welcoming, covid-safety-conscious and knowledgeable.

Robert from the Dumfries store looked after us very well from the minute we came in the door. Very knowledgeable about all products in the store and he was incredibly patient with us as it took us a while to make a final decision. All staff were very friendly which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.
