I was served by Robert. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy, but was there when I needed help. Offered bottled water, as the store was very hot!

Robert the shop assistant was very helpful in assisting myself and my partner who had never purchased a mattress before. helped us with the sleep match bed and finding the prefer mattress for us. also with information we were telling him he suggested some pillows which we tired on the mattress we were buying. Robert was very helpful and I have already recommended Dreams to the girls at work.

I was highly satisfied by the service I had in the dumfries branch by Nathan and Robert, they assisted my self and my partner in finding the correct bed by giving us the time to try the correct beds by giving us pillows to comfortably try the beds. We were also given water and coffee while we did paper work, highly satisfied by the team

when we stepped inside the store we were immediately greeted in a welcoming and friendly way. Nathan listened to our request and was very helpful in showing us the products that we asked about. he was knowledgeable and answered the questions that we asked. he was professional but wasnt pushy and allowed us time to make up our minds. when we left the store we commented to each other how pleasant and easy it had been to make our purchase.

The salesman Robert could not have been anymore helpful. he also had a lot of the products knowledge. We also felt he treated us as special customers with his time and details.

Visited the Dumfries store and Deirdre looked after our needs. She was very patient and listened to the needs of my elderly mother, gave her plenty of time to see around the store, try options and choose items. We were offered refreshments and assured of the safety being followed with respect to Covid. Options were explained clearly in respect of finance options and Deirdre noted extra notes for delivery as the house can be difficult to find.

The young lady dealing with my request was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely brilliant customer service (Robert in Dumfries) both in-store and on the phone. Loved the diagnostic (?) bed that helped me select a mattress. All my questions were answered knowledgeably and there was no pressure to buy.
