Ordered twin Mechanical Bed. One bed fitted backwards so when you pressed the raise the head button the feet raised and when you present raise the feet the head raised. The second bed was mechanically faulty and was not test at time of installation. None of the plugs had been plugged in and the cables were trapped under the bed. Casters and one head bolt were missing from the order. It then took over a week to get an appointment for the bed to be inspected. This included one call where I was told they weren't going to come out under the missing casters arrived. Not the standards of customer service indicated in all your adverts.
