We feel that your order form and manner of pricing is complicated. Before retiring I was a Bookkeeper and couldn't keep up with your system of charging and discounting.

I left the store thinking I had purchased 2 mattresses but I now believe I have purchased a bed and 2 mattresses.

We do think that £39 for delivery and £39.99 for taking away the old mattress, is a very high charge after spending £ 799. on the new one.

Just wish matress were cheaper I know it's not dreams fault but I bought a bed frame and matress an it was dearer than the the frame

As mentioned before, instantly taken to what I presume were, the most expensive items in the shop. I felt it was quite a money grabbing experience. I was offered to pay £33 to have my old mattress taken away. When I explained I have a vehicle large enough, to deal with it myself, the charge was wavered. I had intended to explore many avenues, to get the right mattress/price. But due to health reasons, and many years of achieving nothing, I decided to go with you. I was extremely impressed, and what sold it, was; a) 40 days to return if not happy. b). Very reasonable insurance, so that if the bed became faulty, I could claim. (I can't remember if there was another reason, along these lines. I feel there maybe. But I am not well at the moment.) But it was definitely these failsafes, that sold me the mattress.

Sales staff too pushy to many promotions to get you to buy things.asked to swop matresscover from waterproof to normal this was a major hassle
