Delivery charges are too high .

The staff were great and knowledgeable about their products and recommendations of needs were met.

Not sure if I was guided to all options. All felt about quick and not enough thinking time.

The chap that served us was spot on and everything was fine, the only issue is the long wait we have for our products which is a bit of a pain but we did tell the guy there was no major rush.

Time it takes to deliver products to slow

I did not put highly satisfied as there were only two choices of product in the price range we were looking at. Also the bed we chose was displayed in another size rather than the one we wanted.

The shop experience was good. The ed has not been delivered so I can't rate the goods!

I am satisfied with the experience of the sales team, which I would not have received on line, but I could probably have saved a few hundred pounds by buying on line (a similar product would have cost £700 on line (silent night pocket sprung with geltex)). I cannot give an answer to the question about the product as it still has to be delivered and used.

Could have been a little cheaper a lot of beds / mattresses were out of my price range

I rarely give a highly satisfied score.
