My wife spent to much money

Highly satisfied is high praise and although I was pleased with the service it wasn't excellent, nice and friendly though.

Just feel there is always room for improvement and to give highly satisfied for everything is not always possible to give.

I feel I was guided towards products in the more expensive price bracket, I.e pillows etc, although not pressured to buy them I did, not entirely sure that they are actually any better than standard pillows, time will tell.

My surname is Milburn, not the one the salesperson typed in. This was pointed out, Dreams you have still written to me using the wrong surname. Please rectify this.

The assistant James was indeed helpful and professional in dealing with my enquiry and I left the shop feeling I had achieved a purchase without difficulty and the time I had to wait for delivery was excellent. thank you

We purchased a new bed as ours literally broken the evening before. Unfortunately we are now sleeping a a matress on the floor as our bed cant be delivered for 5 weeks? We visited the shop in November and were remembered by the lady which was nice. Slightly disappointed we spent £2400 on a new bed, have to wait 5 weeks, not even a free pillow included and my 6 year old daughter asked for a teddy to be told she couldnt have one? If i didnt need a bed and i had more options in the town i would have gone elsewhere.

We own our own home outright with no mortgage and have good affordability but were declined for interest free credit on a purchase of £1500. The staff were absolutely amazing though and although we have not yet received our new bed I was extremely satisfied with the customer service
