The waiting time of 5 weeks for the delivery of item is longer than we would have liked, considering the cost of the item.

I was satisfied with my visit to the store as Samantha was nice and helpful.

Most of the products have memory foam incorporated, or are of an elastane similar type of thing, and I had wanted to avoid memory foam. Could do with stocking a few more traditional type mattresses.

Not every mattress had a firmness rating on it, prices were a bit dearer than I was expecting

Nothing wrong with store nor with the staff assisting us. Don’t ever give Highly Satisfied on order placement -prefer to get items and test out first. As I was buying for new home currently under construction, trust there will be no problem when I am able to fix a definite date for delivery. Generally, well satisfied with visit to Dumfries Store.

I was disappointed that the only bed I liked was not available for 4 weeks. We did order another 2 beds and 3 mattress. The staff were really helpful knowelabe friendly and professional. We were given pillows offered tea and coffee . A shame the toilets were not to standard and I couldn't have the bed I wanted in time. All that said an amazing service from lovely people that went the extra mile to help

AS a former academic I find it very difficult to give 10/10. All in all it was a successful and satisfactory visit.

The experience was ok, but the selection was limited. Also, we decided not to buy a headboard as they were all too expensive for us unfortunately.

The mattress we wanted was only shown on single bed so we were unable to try it. I would have thought the recycling would be thrown in for free if spending over a certain amount however it was not.
