I had been in before & spoke to Graham. It was nice to not feel pressured when I was getting information. When I returned & Graham was not available I was hesitant but Adam was excellent, quickly put me at ease & took over where Graham left off.

I received advice, was able to try out various items, and was treated with courtesy.

Staff were very helpful. Found the right bed and mattress for our wants and needs. Also very good product knowledge. 10 out of 10 :)

The sales person was very helpful and took a lot of time to explain fully about the mattresses. There was absolutely no "hard sell" which was great. I think his name was Graeme? He was lovely!!! Thank you.

We used the machine to tell us which mattress would be best and then felt we had to choose one of the four even though they were all over our planned budget so we decided to take the discounted display model which was nearer what we had hoped to be paying. Maybe we should have looked at the prices online first but I think we should also have been asked if we had a budget.
