We were not hassled when we entered thestore but we didn't have to go looking for assistance. The assistant knew the products we were discussing and was very helpful.

Went in to the store looking for advice on beds and ended up buying one, will go back for a visitor bed and also bedroom furniture, very enjoyable shopping experience.

I hate it when you walk into a shop & the staff are always all over you & thats why I normally shop on-line. I needed some info on beds so I went into the store. I was surprised when I was greeted at the door by Adam. I just looked up and said I just wanted to look around. Adam said that was fine but took a few seconds to point out the layout as I had not been in before and then left me to look around. When he came over soon after, I thought..Here we go but he just said that there's lots to look at & reminded me to take me time and maybe try a mattress. He then asked if i wanted a tea or coffee while I was looking. Really friendly with no pressure. Why cant other big shops do this?

Good fast and efficient customer service, took time to understand what I was looking for without the pushy sale you get in some places. Only issue was the deliver time slot arrangements as computer was down, but these things happend and recieved phone call about delivery when fixed.

The store assistant was very helpful and showed us various beds when we told him what we wanted. He also helped us choose date and time frame for delivery.
