This was a great experience for me. Usually in these types of stores a salesman pounces on you the minute you walk through the door. I was able to look at a few beds then Adam offered assistance. He was very helpful, offered a demonstration on the ottoman bed as I have never seen one, he explained the difference in mattresses and let me browse some more. I needed my bed to be delivered in three weeks due to not having access to my new home until then and he made that happen. I am very pleased with my visit and the way I was treated and really happy with the bed and mattress I have chosen. Overall a very pleasant shopping trip.

Buying a single bed for my 91 yr old mother so it was important I found the most comfortable and correct height for her. Dreams certainly met the criteria.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I was approached by the staff who helped me round the shop giving me advice on what they thought would suit me best. They weren't pushy and understood what it was I was looking for. The store it's self was very clean and tidy and the mattresses were accessible to try out which was what I was looking for.

We really loved the fact Graham took the time to find out what we wanted. He took the time to explain the choices we faced & made us feel at ease. He left us try the beds, he was always at hand though and could tell when we had questions. It was nice to know that we were not being sold an expensive bed but we were shown the beds that suited us. I have to say though, it was the fact that we got a biscuit with our coffee that clinched the sale. Thank you.

Came in late one afternon store assistancevery helpful not pushy and offered suggestions again not veering towards expensive just helpful came on day of purchase with two grandchildren same store assistance again remembered and extremely helpful whilst other put on TV screen with frozen cartoon 😀 was very impressed nothing appeared to much bother.

I wanted a mattress topper. I never expected the staff to take as much time & effort into explaining the products & then to take the time to put the topper on top of different mattress' so that i could see & feel the difference. Brilliant, well done.
