Fantastic customer service and very helpful

We were greated with a smile, helped with the choice of bed to have over a cup of coffee.

The 2 assistants were very helpful and friendly. Very good knowledge and helped us put sofa bed into our car. Gave us seats to use. Good quality of products.

Adam the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all the beds and allowed us to sample the different types of mattresses that were available as many times as we needed to.

Adam approached me when I entered the store and quickly found out what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy and found me a really good deal on the quilt I needed. When I need a new mattress I'll definitely come back to Dreams, the service was excellent.

Very welcoming as we came into the store but not over pushy. Helpful answering questions and giving demonstrations of the tv beds. Enjoyable experience and was also offered drinks when in store.

We initially were only visiting the store for a look.On explaining to Adam that we were looking for a reasonably priced bed for our grandsons overnight stays at our house.He came up with various options.We were delighted to take him up on one of the options,an ex display model at a really good price.Adam was very helpful and professional.We would definitely recommend Dreams and will return there if we are looking for further purchases.
