I was given information and advice that helped me make a decision that suited my needs. I found the customer services brilliant, no-one pushed me to spend money or to rush any decisions. Staff sounded very clear and took time to explain additional warranties to me a couple of times. Basically I trusted the service team and felt confident spending my money, plus they were very welcoming and I even got a coffee! I would definitely recommend the sales people and I would definitely return.

The two staff in store were pleasant and courteous and the Company should be proud of the way these people conduct their business. Nice to be in a store where the staff are so nice!

Mark was so very helpful he explained everything to us so clearly and in a very polite and timely manner. The store displays were excellent and the choice was extensive. The ability to test the products was very good and indeed helped greatly with our chosen purchases.
