James was very helpful and took time out to ensure we where buying the best products for our needs. We were able to try different mattresses which was good. All staff were very understanding about our kids causing havoc whilst we chose beds. James and manager were very professional and polite

Mark, the shop assistant who helped us was very pleasant, he didn't talk to us as a customer, he treated us personally and chatted to us in a friendly way. He gave us a very informed display of the product, discussed our needs and showed us the options. He was on hand to answer our questions , but wasn't "in our face " at any point. He returned to his desk to let us deliberate and we did make our mind up to order. He almost forced me to take a cup of tea and then was going to charge us for the privilege when we placed an order. This last line sounds on the face of it quite a bad point, but he obviously was joking and it is his friendly character shining through. We warmed to Marks character and he definitely helped us to make the decision to order.

When we first looking around we was greet by a very friendly member of staff called Mark who offered us a drink and really helped in the choose of the bed. he was very friendly and put you at ease. The store was nice and clean and the labelling was good and understandable.

Rebecca, the staff member who served us, made us aware she was new to the job, however, we would not have thought this as her customer service skills and knowledge of the products was of a high standard. Very polite and friendly service.

Adam at Dumfries took the time to get to know our preferences and took us through a very user friendly system to narrow our product choices, otherwise it could have resulted in us Wandering around the store for ages. The cup of tea was a lovely gesture. The experience was highly enjoyable.
