Needed a new mattress, sales person arranged interest free payments over 20 months instead of 10, after all, in the grand scale of things, it is only a mattress for a bed. Many other places would've let us walk out of the store.

The sales person, James was very knowledgeable, friendly and confident when discussing our needs. As I have a degenerative problem with my spine, he was able to make a few suggestions for comfort and a decent night's sleep. We tried, probably at length, all of the Tempur mattresses on display and although the store was close to closing, he did not rush us. He also recommended the pillows by Tempur which we purchased at the same time.

James was extremely helpful, not pushy but knowledgeable.
