Rebecca was extremely polite, endearing and not condasending, she made us feel welcome and relaxed, under no pressure to make such a big descision, made us fully aware of all the Tempur products, encouraged us to try all the products, suggested the Pod, which was a wonderful insight, a definate possibility in the future, gave us space to chat amongst ourselves, explained the whole process clearly and consisley, her colleague was also most helpfull, if entirely honest, we had only discussed changing to a Tempur mattress that morning, but because the whole experience at Dreams Dumfries was so relaxed, we made our descision that same day. Fantastic team you have there!

From entering Dreams Mark Day was friendly but not intrusive He was also very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and demonstrated all items I looked at. A pleasant experience bying my new bed.

The store workers were friendly and helpful,I enjoyed a coffee made by one of the sales assistants( the cup was a bit dirty though)
